  • For many years, Ozodbek ran his own family office, investing in a medium to long-term opportunities across various sectors. In 2022, he has setup Syracuse Advisers to help other clients, family offices and foundations, acting as an extension of their existing teams to assist in achieving their strategic and financial goals in accounting and finance, tax and structuring, wealth protection, real estate, and alternative investments.

    In the past, he has held different senior advisory roles and international representative positions, in the United Kingdom, Europe, United Arab Emirates, and Turkey.

    He has a Master’s degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics (LSE).

  • Andrew serves as Director for Investments at Syracuse Advisers. He is qualified banker with more than 30 years international banking, investment and operational experience. Formerly, he was a managing director and member of the Executive Committee of Al Rajhi Holdings group of companies based in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland. Prior experience includes working for JP Morgan Chase and Salomon Brothers Asset Management. Andrew is also registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an investment fund director. Andrew has specific experience in digital assets, natural resources and clean/renewable energy projects globally.

    He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

  • Huw is a serial entrepreneur and fintech expert. He manages Fintech, Blockchain and Digital Transformation areas at Syracuse Advisers. He advises family offices and business CEO on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, investing in proprietary platforms and blockchain infrastructure. In addition, he is also co-Founder at The Money Cloud Ltd, digital payment solution.

    He has over a decade in the forefront of fintech and several decades in the FX/International payments sector, where he has helped to transform the industry with enterprise-class technologies. He has previously worked with both governmental (DFID and multiple African Governments) and private sector organisations (Visa International, Barclays, Unilever).

  • Peter has worked in the philanthropic and impact investing space for over a decade. At Syracuse Advisers, Peter advises clients on Philanthropy, Art and Social Impact Investing.

    Peter is founding CEO of Boncerto Ltd, a social good consultancy. Previously, he had over a decade of experience working globally in the philanthropic sector, for Geneva Global (a US advisory firm) in the UK and Europe, where he worked with family families and foundations to develop and deliver large scale development philanthropy programs in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Prior to this Peter worked in the international department of the Charities Aid Foundation, providing strategic leadership to offices in East Asia and Australia, whilst representing CAF on the global stage.

    Peter has been profiled in the Financial Times and has given talks in four continents to corporate executives, next generation of wealth, and not-for-profit professionals. Peter has been featured in Spears500 as world’s top advisers in the Philanthropy sector for many years.
